The MyDermSpot Auto-Replenishment Program makes it easy to receive your favorite skincare products on a schedule that works for you. With automatic deliveries, exclusive savings, and flexible scheduling, you never have to worry about running out of your must-have products.

How It Works

  1. Choose Auto-Replenish: On eligible product pages, select the "Subscribe & Save" option.
  2. Set Your Schedule: Pick a delivery frequency that fits your routine (every 1, 2 or 3 months).
  3. Enjoy Savings: Get 10% off every subscription order.
  4. Automatic Deliveries: Orders will be processed automatically based on your chosen schedule.
  5. Two-Purchase Minimum: Auto-replenishment subscriptions require a minimum of two purchases before cancellation.
  6. Flexible Management: After completing the two-purchase minimum, you may modify, pause, skip, or cancel your subscription through your MyDermSpot account.

Managing Your Subscription

You can adjust, skip, pause, or cancel your auto-replenishment subscription by:

  • Logging into your MyDermSpot Account and selecting "Manage Subscriptions."
  • Updating your delivery schedule, payment method, or shipping address as needed.
  • Adjusting or skipping an upcoming shipment before it is processed.
  • Cancelling your subscription after a minimum of two subscription purchases have been completed.
  • Making any cancellation or shipment changes at least 48 hours before your next scheduled shipment to avoid being charged.

Billing & Payment

  • Your selected payment method will be charged automatically before each shipment.
  • If payment fails, you will receive an email to update your payment details.
  • Discounts for auto-replenishment cannot be combined with other promotions unless otherwise stated.
  • By enrolling in Auto-Replenishment, you agree to complete a minimum of two subscription purchases before cancelling.

Returns & Refunds

  • Auto-replenished items follow our standard return policy.
  • You must request a return within 14 days of delivery for eligible refunds.
  • Refunds cannot be issued for orders that have already been shipped, so be sure to make any eligible changes before your next billing cycle.
