At MyDermSpot.com, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to assist you. Please read the following return policy to understand the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. General Return Policy
We accept returns on eligible products within 14 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
• The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt, is required.
• All returns are subject to review and approval at the discretion of MyDermSpot.

2. Refunds
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received, inspected, and approved.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item).
• If a product was purchased as part of a promotion, bundle, or discount offer, refunds will be adjusted to reflect the promotional pricing applied at the time of purchase.
• For orders that originally qualified for free shipping, outbound shipping costs will be deducted from the refund total if the return causes the order subtotal to fall below the free shipping threshold.
3. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you may return the original product (subject to the return policy) and place a new order for the desired product.
4. Exceptions
The following items and purchases are non-refundable:
• Tox Happy Hour Deposits: Deposits made for Tox Happy Hour events are final and cannot be refunded.
• Bank Your Bucks: Pre-purchased credits or similar promotional purchases are non-refundable.
• Gift cards and e-gift cards.
• Products marked as final sale, clearance, or non-returnable at the time of purchase.
• Opened or used skincare products due to safety and hygiene concerns.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
• If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of delivery. Be prepared to provide photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will review the issue and, if approved, assist you with a replacement or refund.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as MyDermSpot is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
• Shipping charges incurred for refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund amount.
