What treatments can I choose each month?
Your Diamond Club Membership includes your choice of one Facial or Chemical Peel with each monthly membership payment.
Do unused monthly treatments roll over?
No. Your monthly treatment must be used before your next monthly billing date. Unused treatments do not roll over or accumulate.
What discounts do Diamond Club members receive?
Active Diamond Club members receive 10% OFF select individual aesthetician treatments and eligible skincare products. Treatment packages are excluded. View the eligible service categories in the Member Savings section above.
Can I combine my membership discount with another promotion?
Membership discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, packages, or offers unless otherwise specified.
How long is the Diamond Club Membership?
Diamond Club requires a 12-month commitment. At the completion of each 12-payment term, the membership automatically renews for an additional 12-payment term unless canceled according to the membership agreement.
How do I schedule my monthly treatment?
Active Diamond Club members can book their monthly treatment online or call Westside Dermatology at (206) 937-8954. We recommend scheduling in advance to secure your preferred appointment time.
What happens if I do not use my monthly treatment?
Monthly treatments must be used before your next monthly billing date. If you do not schedule or use your treatment during that billing period, the treatment expires and does not roll over.
What happens if I miss or late-cancel an appointment?
Diamond Club appointments are subject to Westside Dermatology's cancellation and no-show policies. A treatment missed or canceled outside the permitted cancellation window will be forfeited, and any applicable cancellation or no-show fee is separate from membership dues.

Diamond Club Membership Terms
Diamond Club requires a 12-month membership commitment at $250 per month.
One Facial or Chemical Peel is available with each monthly membership payment and must be used before the next monthly billing date. Unused treatments do not roll over or accumulate.
At the completion of each 12-payment term, the membership automatically renews for an additional 12-payment term at the then-current membership rate unless canceled according to the membership agreement.
Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 30 days before the renewal date. Early termination during an active 12-month term may be subject to one month's membership dues.
Membership discounts apply to eligible individual self-pay cosmetic treatments and skincare products. Treatment packages are excluded. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers unless otherwise specified.
Membership treatments and benefits are non-transferable and have no cash, refund, or account-credit value.
